In this session, Dr Jennifer Sweeton investigates the 8-phase model and how it can at times be advantageous to complete phases in a different order. She presents an alternative “order of operations” for the exposure phases of EMDR.

In this session, Dr Jennifer Sweeton demonstrates Phase 3 of EMDR, Access and Activate, which helps clients access their trauma network in order to begin desensitisation in Phase 4 of EMDR.
