This DBT Training module provides DBT tools and strategies to address complex clients. We will learn how to integrate DBT and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) into treatment planning and strategies, identify the key universal emotions and their functions, identify the universal human needs and their impact on emotional and relational states, learn the strategies to develop an earned secure attachment, apply three techniques to harness and regulate your client at the earliest signs of dysregulation and apply regulating DBT Skills into an active safety plan.
