Problem Solving

In this session, Dr Nina Josefowitz investigates problem solving. She outlines how to help your client overcome avoiding their problems and explains what we mean by problem solving. Dr Josefowitz identifies the four steps to effective problem solving; identify the problem, generate new solutions, evaluate the different solutions and try one solution and evaluate.
