In this session, Dr. Nina Josefowitz demonstrates the cognitive component of the CBT four-factor model for depression, moving beyond behavioural strategies to identify the negative automatic thoughts (NATs) that fuel depressive symptoms. Dr. Josefowitz guides her client Julia through a structured exercise to examine a recent episode of distress using a CBT worksheet that includes situation, feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.
