Dr Ogden shows us how we can overcome the difficulties and judgements often associated with shyness. She illuminates the important role our body plays in overcoming shyness and shares different ways we can embody confidence. Research shows that having an aligned confident posture helps us to feel confident, even when we don’t feel confident inside.
