The Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS-21) is a self-report scale designed to indicate the negative emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress. Interpretation of your score should be undertaken in consultation with a mental health practitioner. This scale is suitable for both clinical and non-clinical settings.
